ABOUT JULIA JAYNE YOGA
Julia has started her way with Yoga when she was 14 years young. At this stage of life she never expected her to be a Yoga Teacher in her future.
To clear the mind and find stillness in Yoga was and is always the biggest achievment she has when practicing Yoga. But within the years there was a clear impulse to pass on the values of Yoga to others.
In 2018 Julia decided to start her path of teaching and absolved her first Teacher Training in Pilates. Still wanting more Knowledge she signed up to the Swiss Acadamy of Fitness and Sports where she gained her Diploma as a Fitness Coach. Thereore the base was set to continue the path and start a Yoga Teacher Training. She absolved her 200h Training in 2019 with One Yoga in Koh Phangan, Thailand.
With the Knowledge of three different Educations she now teaches her classes in a very safe way. She includes her passion for Yoga and paires it up with the Knowledge of the human body which leads to a good constellation between Spirituality and Asanas (body postures).
